We are seeking a talented R&D engineer to assist with the design and testing of our range of products. In this role, you will be working closely with the R&D team to create functional design concepts, test existing designs, and oversee the implementation of development projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meeting with business management, marketing, and the R&D team to discuss product ideas.
  • Conducting market research and evaluating similar products and their functions.
  • Collaborating with the engineering and marketing department on product feasibility.
  • Redesigning existing products to enhance functionality or reduce costs.
  • Creating design projects and specifications sheets.

SCOPE:

  • Focusing on customer new products developments design and ensure products developments are finish on time as commitment.
  • Good relationship with customer satisfactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To manage and coordinates with products developments projects.
  • Evaluates and resolves technical feasibility, design optimization and products issues.
  • To ensure that labeling and marketing/promotional literature match product specifications.
  • Researches and monitors existing client base and industry development and identifies potential new product opportunities.
  • Able to work with other departments to establish a products design, technology, product development and supplier strategy for products competitive cost and achieve product margin target.
  • To manage project budgets and prepare financial analysis reports.
  • To ensure the project of each department follow milestone actions.
  • Manage the staff in day to day performance of the jobs.
  • Extensive knowledge of department process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor or Diploma degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in products design or products developments.

  • Follow up, support and review all of engineering documentation standard for new model (Technical feasibility/ E-Bom/ Specification/ ECR/ECN).
  • Communication to customer, in term of technical phase.
  • Review and Ensure release document before start production.
  • Follow up and make for new material testing.
  • Follow up and support for equipment in production line.
  • Analysis on production quality issue and quality problem solving.
  • Perform all tasks and project as assigned.

  • Provide Standard of Procedure (SOP), Work Flow for various technical projects

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible or technical product development process including standardization setting up
  • Follow up and monitor project results including recommendations regarding corrective and preventive measures to achieve planned objectives
  • Perform all related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Any gender, age not over 40 years old
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Major in Mechanical and Industrial Engineer) or experiences are related to work
  • Excellent in English (strong verbal and written communication)
  • Strong in problem solving, Data Controlling, and Data Analysis
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Excel / PowerPoint), SAP
  • Basic knowledge on Drawing / Specification
  • Time management, team work, cooperation-oriented
  • Attention to detail in all customer interactions
  • Able to work well under pressure
