RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow up, support and review all of engineering documentation standard for new model (Technical feasibility/ E-Bom/ Specification/ ECR/ECN).
- Communication to customer, in term of technical phase.
- Review and Ensure release document before start production.
- Follow up and make for new material testing.
- Follow up and support for equipment in production line.
- Analysis on production quality issue and quality problem solving.
- Perform all tasks and project as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering or related.
- Age not over 40 years old.
- Good written and verbal communication English skills.
- Good basic computer MS Office, Auto Cad, Etc.
- Skill related to the production line.
- Good cause analysis and problem solving skill.
- Leadership, good learning skills, interpersonal skills, cooperation.
- Good relationship and good attitude.
- A keen eye for detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining process system standards in all areas.
- Validation process and parts (new model) before SOP.
- Ensure employees are follow process and standardize.
- Ensure employees are properly trained.
- Communicate in production project and quality status updates.
- Address in efficiencies immediately.
- Run at rate new parts or new process.
- Assist with on-the-job training for employees.
- Process flow chart, FMEA and support process improvement document.
- Process improvement, and solving issue.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in Process Engineer for 3 years and above.
- Experience in Production Line will be advantage.
- Understand in Quality System ISO 9001, TS16949, Lean manufacturing, etc.
- Able to use computer and standard program for PE.
- Practical experience using CAD and AutoCAD software.
- Must be able to have English skill.
- A portfolio of previous work may be advantageous.
- The ability to work independently and to collaborate with others.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Leadership skills.
- The ability to work long hours.

Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for Tooling/ Machine and indirect material products.
- Develop procurement/sourcing strategies.
- Lead sourcing and identify the potential business partners.
- Source and negotiate competitive cost solutions in support of the company’s go-to-market strategy promptly.
- Identify and collaborate with Preferred suppliers that can meet the technical needs of the request; this may require collaboration with non-Preferred suppliers or a search for new suppliers which can support the technical requirements of the product.
- Work collaboratively with Technical and Operation team and provide strategic input into the new product, new material introduction and product transferring.
- Works as a liaison to Design Engineering to understand specifications and performance test requirements to facilitate procurement of parts.
- Work effectively with the Supply Chain team and QA team to monitor supplier performance and seek continuous improvement opportunities.
- Co-ordinate with Supplier Development Team to develop sources of supply as required for supply chain, engineering and other company needs.
- Prepare management summaries as required for all aspects of supplier selection and management.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in strategic sourcing/Procurement.
- Essential Skills:
- Fluent in English speaking and writing
- Advanced commercial negotiation
- Strong Project Management experience
- Able to work independently and able to travel overseas
- Desirable Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of the ISO system, such as ISO9001, TS16949
- Experience in Automotive, Electronics or related industry.
