Role Summary
We are looking for a Business Development / Key Account professional to drive new business growth, ensure effective follow-up and conversion of leads, and support Business Unit goals for revenue and on-time delivery through strategic execution aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on new business leads to maximize conversion opportunities from lead to RFQ and final sales.
- Maintain strong and consistent communication with customers to ensure smooth project progress, on-time delivery, and high satisfaction.
- Plan and negotiate product ranges, pricing, and production volumes across market and technology segments.
- Coordinate capacity planning and booking with customers and internal teams to optimize resource allocation and production efficiency.
- Monitor order intake, shipment planning, and inventory to ensure accurate forecasting and timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, coordinating across departments to resolve issues and manage escalations.
- Lead and execute sales and marketing initiatives, including customer visits, online meetings, and participation in trade shows.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and technologies to drive sustainable company growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer activities, and competitive movements to develop effective commercial strategies.
Required Qualifications (It's a Must)
- Proven experience in Business Development, preferably in B2B or OEM manufacturing.
- Strong Project Management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results.
Preferred Qualifications (Advantage)
- Background or experience in Marine, Drone, or Composite industries.
- Multilingual communication skills: Chinese, Japanese, English, or Thai.
- Technical background in a related field such as engineering, materials science, or product development.

We’re looking for a Foiling Specialist to lead the development and delivery of carbon fiber foil components for premium OEMs in the watersports sector. This role covers the full lifecycle—from design and testing to production inputs and customer support—and plays a key part in strengthening Cobra’s position as a specialist foil builder.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the growth of Cobra’s foiling business (Technical 80%) and provide strategic feedback to management (Commercial 20%)
- Manage OEM customer accounts and serve as Cobra’s external representative
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize foil production and explore future upgrades
- Build deep understanding of customer brands, market positioning, and competitive landscape
- Maintain proactive communication with designers, engineers, and team riders
- Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and industry events
- Mentor and guide internal team members across departments
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience in eFoils, wingfoiling, or foiling windsurf/surfing
- Strong knowledge of composites materials and processes
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
- Ability to manage projects independently and lead cross-functional teams
- Comfortable translating customer needs into technical requirements for production
- Experience in naval architecture, foil design, or CFD
- Understanding of ply book development and composite design
- Project management certification is a plus
- Detail-oriented and research-driven mindset
