Job Purpose
To support operations in driving productivity improvement, ensuring quality, and achieving cost savings in accordance with established work procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor production results and continuously improve and develop production processes.
- Control and oversee processes within the production area.
- Prepare and improve production support documents, including standard engineering documents, process flow charts, work instructions (WI), and other related production documentation.
- Review engineering change requests and notices (ECR/ECN) as well as weight control documents, including estimated and standard weight specifications.
- Verify document readiness prior to releasing new marine products models into the production line.
- Conduct raw material savings initiatives and testing.
- Monitor and support the use of standard tools within the production line.
- Analyze quality issues and implement effective quality problem-solving measures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's or in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in transitioning prototype marine products to full production line deployment is an advantage.
- Skills: English communication is a must, Data Analysis, Process Optimization

Job Purpose:
A Quality Engineer in the watersport industry ensures that windsurfing, surfing, marine, motorized, and other accessory products meet high-quality standards. They are responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting product testing, managing supplier quality, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and Implement Quality Control Processes: Create and maintain procedures to ensure products meet industry standards.
- Product Testing and Evaluation: Conduct tests on windsurfing and surfing equipment to identify defects or areas for improvement.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Supplier Quality Management: Evaluate and manage the quality of materials and components sourced from suppliers (IQE).
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of quality control processes, test results, and corrective actions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with design, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are integrated into product development and manufacturing processes.
- Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards and conduct internal and external audits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field.
- English Communication skill is a must.
- Experience in quality control, preferably in the manufacturing of sports equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Familiarity with quality control software and tools, and knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations.
