Job Purpose
Lead the sourcing, selection, and development of suppliers for drone-related components, equipment, and technologies. Ensure that materials and parts meet quality standards, are delivered on schedule to support production plans, remain cost-competitive, and contribute effectively to the company's new product development.
Responsibilities
Manage the administrative aspects of purchasing, including collecting and processing order requests from responsible employees and teams.
Source and select potential suppliers suitable for the company's business needs.
Conduct price and cost negotiations to secure favorable terms.
Generate Purchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders and submit them to suppliers.
Coordinate with internal employees and teams to ensure all goods are received accurately and completely.
Prepare monthly purchasing transaction reports, or as required by business needs.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or sourcing within a related industry.
Knowledge of Incoterms.
Ability to understand engineering documents and drawings is a plus.
Proficiency with modern software tools and systems.
Strong negotiation skills.
Familiarity with logistics processes (import/export).
Good command of both Chinese and English.
Functional Skills
Able to read engineering drawings and technical specifications
Basic knowledge of drone systems and electronic components
Good English or Chinese skills, with the ability to communicate and negotiate with overseas suppliers
Knowledge of Incoterms and international import-export procedures
